Welcome to FitCheckSnap ("we", "our", or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data our mobile application (the "App") collects, how it is collected, how it is used, and who it is shared with — including the third-party AI service that generates your virtual try-on images.

When you tap "Create My Fit Check", and only after you have given your explicit in-app consent, your photo and the outfit photo are shared with the following service providers, strictly to deliver the service you requested:
These providers are bound by data-processing agreements and are required to provide the same or equal level of data protection as described in this policy. They may only process your data as necessary to provide their service to us. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with any other third party, advertisers, or data brokers.
The App asks for your explicit permission before your photos are shared for the first time. The in-app consent notice explains exactly what is sent (your photo and the outfit photo) and who receives it (fal.ai and Google Firebase). If you decline, no photos leave your device and no Fit Check is created. You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account in Settings.
Photos are uploaded over encrypted connections (TLS) to access-controlled storage that only you and our processing pipeline can read. Identifiers are stored using platform secure storage on your device, and the installation ID is stored server-side only as an HMAC-SHA256 hash.
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Depending on your location (e.g. GDPR in the EU, CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. You can exercise deletion directly in the App, or contact us for any other request.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated in the App.
