By downloading or using FitCheckSnap (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly in accordance with these Terms.

3. In-App Purchases

The App offers consumable in-app purchases ("Credits").

• Credits can be used to generate and unlock high-resolution outfit images.
• Payments will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Consumable purchases do not auto-renew and cannot be transferred between different OS platforms.

4. User Content

You are solely responsible for the images you upload. You must not upload offensive, illegal, or copyrighted material without permission. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and AI-generated outputs are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the generated images will perfectly match the real physical clothing items.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.
